The United States of American needs to make Mexico the 51st state of the union. This makes all Mexicans legal American citizens. Free to improve their lives. Free to break away from the poverty that is 99% of the Mexican population's current destiny under the corrupt inaffective Mexican government. No people shouldhave to live in such poverty with no hope for improvement!
